Collegiate Club Participation Contract

The CWPA requires all collegiate club teams to complete a Participation Contract prior to every season. The purpose of the contract is to prevent no-contests. No-contests occur when a team fails to show for its scheduled game. This is a serious problem for the conference, even if it occurs only once. Specifically, no-contests cause the following problems:

The form may only be submitted online by the club supervisor. Otherwise, you may have your supervisor sign the form and either fax it (610-277-7382) or mail it to our office. Water Polo Association Participation Contract All CWPA collegiate clubs are required to sign a contract prior to their participation. The contract outlines their obligation to compete in all of their scheduled games in their entirety. It is not possible for teams to compete within the league on a partial basis. To prevent any misunderstandings, complete this form and return it to the office. If the form is transmitted electronically, it must be sent by the club supervisor, not the coach or team contact. Otherwise, the form may be mailed or faxed to 610-277-7382, provided the club supervisor has signed the contract. By signing below you also understand that only full-time students from your institution are eligible to compete. Contract applies only to the upcoming season |
